Skill assessment
Depending on the role, we ask that candidates complete skill assessments to gauge their competencies, or submit work samples for review.

Video recording
We require candidates to share a video recording where they detail their background and qualifications. Our team uses this video to learn more about the candidate and assess their communication skills.

Initial interview
We are now ready for our hiring team to conduct a first interview. As we continue to assess hard and soft skills, we also ensure the candidate is a culture fit.

Final interview with senior leadership
The last stage of our vetting process is an interview with our senior leadership. Our senior leaders will double-check if the candidate is both a fit for the role and a match for our client.
